Which sign-in detail should you use?

Username or email

The login screen accepts either the username you chose when registering or your registered email address. If one is hard to remember, try the other before attempting a password reset. Check spaces and keyboard autocorrect, especially when typing an email on a small screen.

Remember Me on your own phone

This option can save a sign-in on a personal device, but it is a poor choice on a borrowed phone or a computer that others use. On shared devices, leave it off and sign out after your session. Your game account and payment wallet should each have their own private credentials.

Login problems and fixes

• Wrong password: tap Forgot Password? and reset it via your email.
• App won't open: install the latest APK from the download page.
• Stuck loading: switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then try again.

Recovering access safely

Use the Forgot Password? option shown on the app screen and follow its instructions. Keep access to the email used at registration. If you cannot use that inbox or the recovery message does not appear, check the spam folder and then use the in-app help option. Do not send a password, OTP or wallet PIN to an account claiming to provide support on social media.

Keep your login private

Nobody from support will ever need your password. Don't share it on WhatsApp, and log out on any phone that isn't yours. Players must be 18 and over.
