How to deposit

1. Log in and tap Deposit.
2. On Choose Your Payment Method, pick JazzCash or Easypaisa.
3. Enter the amount in rupees.
4. Tap DEPOSIT NOW and approve the payment in your wallet app.
5. Return to Dragon Tiger Club and check your balance.

Before confirming a wallet payment

JazzCash

Select JazzCash inside the app, then compare the rupee amount shown in the wallet prompt with the amount you intended to add. Approve only a request you started yourself. If the wallet rejects it, check your available balance or account limits in JazzCash rather than paying a personal number offered in a message. Read the JazzCash walkthrough for more detail.

Easypaisa

The Easypaisa route starts from the same Deposit screen, but the final authorisation belongs in your own wallet. Check the transaction status there before you leave. Keep your PIN and one-time codes private; a screenshot of a completed payment and its transaction reference are enough to report a missing credit. See the Easypaisa walkthrough.

Deposits and VIP

The VIP artwork shows a move from VIP0 to VIP1 at 1K in total recharge, with daily, weekly, monthly and level bonuses listed. Check the current conditions and amounts in the app before making a payment. A reward is not a reason to increase a budget you have already set. The VIP guide explains the first visible milestone.

When a deposit is missing

First check whether JazzCash or Easypaisa shows a completed payment, a pending request or no debit at all. Refresh the balance in the app once. If the wallet shows a successful transfer but the balance has not changed, save the transaction ID and time, then contact in-app support. Do not repeat the payment while the first one is unresolved; that can create two charges instead of fixing one.

• Only pay through the app — never to a personal number sent on WhatsApp.
• Never share your wallet PIN or OTP.
• Deposit only money you can afford to lose. 18 and over only.
