Step-by-step
- Open the app and tap Withdraw.
- Choose JazzCash, easypaisa or Bank Transfer.
- Enter or confirm your account details exactly as registered with the wallet or bank.
- Type the amount and tap WITHDRAW NOW.
- Track the request in your withdrawal history.
Avoid delays
- Double-check account details. A single wrong digit is the most common cause of problems.
- Use an account in your own name.
- Check bonus conditions. Some bonus funds may need to be played through before withdrawing.
- Keep screenshots of each request.
Beware of withdrawal scams
Nobody needs you to pay a "fee" by sending money to a personal number to release a withdrawal. Withdrawals happen inside the app only.

Choose the destination carefully
Wallet withdrawals
For JazzCash or Easypaisa, recheck the recipient number and account name on the confirmation screen. A phone number can look familiar while having one wrong digit. Do not use somebody else's wallet unless the app explicitly allows it, and never send a separate transfer to a person promising to speed up a withdrawal.
Bank transfers
Enter the bank information requested by the app exactly as it appears on your account. The screenshot confirms Bank Transfer as an option but does not specify supported banks, fees or delivery times. The live withdrawal screen is where you should check current limits and any conditions before submitting.
If a request stays pending
Look in the app's withdrawal history for the request status and keep its reference. Check your receiving account before submitting another request. Processing can vary; a reported time is not a promise. If the app shows a completed request but the money has not arrived, contact in-app support with the request details, not your password or wallet PIN.
